Mixed Use Development

Located in a mountain community, this project features a convention hotel adjacent to a retail, dining, and entertainment district. Inspired by the rustic architecture and materials of the west, the project incorporates heavy timber construction with more modern methods. A large warehouse building houses a food hall, with street facing retail. Guests of the hotel enter into a large “living room” with oversized hearth. Meeting components face a large courtyard, designed to reflect the rugged landscape beyond.
