Mixed Use Development

Ideally situated near the airport and a major shopping center, this project was designed with both business and retail customers in mind. Two linear buildings, reminiscent of train sheds house retail and restaurant components. Large courtyards with colonnades lead to a full-service hotel, with expansive lobby and meeting spaces. A second floor ballroom on the front end of the hotel is filled with light, with three facades of glazing.
