411 Meeting Street | Charleston, South Carolina

Located along a major spine of the historic Charleston peninsula, this mixed use development features a boutique hotel, meeting space, restaurants, luxury condominiums, and vacation rentals. At the main street, lower-scale facades relate to adjacent buildings and step back towards taller components. Internal courtyards provide lush green spaces for residents and guests. Parking is buried to allow activation at street level along the entire perimeter of the property.
