Across from the posh Green Hills shopping district, this mixed-use development houses over 450,000 sf of hotel, office, and retail space. With a nod to French classicism, a 200 room full- service hotel will provide guests with luxurious accommodations, including a rooftop pool terrace with expansive views of the Nashville residential neighborhood. Street level retail and a 120 room extended stay hotel wrap an eight-story parking deck, topped with office space, giving an active, urban facade to an otherwise pragmatic structure. The generous, landscaped courtyard provides space for outdoor dining and guest drop off.
