Dual-Brand Hotel

With a highly visible presence along the highway, this 230 room dual-branded hotel uses a strong, dark, horizontal band to catch the eyes of drivers passing by. Vertical, wood-toned brise soleil elements add warmth and interest, while also providing a backdrop for signage. Brick in two contrasting tones alternates between punched openings and strong vertical curtainwalls to reveal the room types housed within.
