City Center | Lexington, Kentucky

Located in the heart of downtown Lexington, City Center is the area’s first multi-use, high rise developments in over two decades. Three towers, with a total of over 850,000 sf, house ten levels of office space, four levels of luxury condominiums, a 250 room full-service Marriott hotel, 150- room Residence Inn hotel, and street level retail components. A central courtyard provides an orienting space for both pedestrians and drivers, with access to hotel lobbies and entry into the three-level underground parking deck. Streetscapes along the main thorough fare are integrated into the design to provide active areas for residence, guests, and the general public.
