10 WestEdge is a mixed use high-rise tower on 2.67 acres located in the Horizon District of Charleston, SC at the corner of Spring St. and Lockwood Boulevard. The Horizon District is master planned as a biotech research development in support of the existing Medical University of South Carolina. The 10-story building consists of a 45,000 SF grocery store and 10,475 SF of associated retail space at the ground floor, followed by 5 stories of structured parking wrapped by residential apartment units and 3 stories of all, 336 residential apartment units. Amenities are provided at the 6th level consisting of a club room, fitness center, rooftop pool and landscaped areas, and observation terraces taking advantage of views to downtown Charleston and the Ashley River.
